I’m married to my best friend, and I’m a mama to 4. I’m a writer and speaker, and I’m a grad student at Wheaton College earning a Master’s in Evangelism and Leadership.
I have a passion to communicate truth that brings freedom.
I know what it’s like to feel paralyzed by fear, be unable to get out of bed because of depression, be deeply pained by disappointment, and feel angry with God. I also know what it’s like to be set free, have hoped renewed, and be raised from death to life. I am fully persuaded that the Word, Spirit, and Love of God have the power to save, heal, and deliver.

MY FAMILY
Meet my people. They’ve taught me so much about love, grace, life, and how to laugh. This December I’ll be married 20 years. I still can’t believe it. My not-so-little crew are 7, 15 (my only boy), 18, and 23. Almost all the photo credit goes to my eldest. Find her at Sarai Helene Photogrpahy. We’ve got a full house with the 2 pooches. Also, 11 chickens and 1 pony didn’t quite make into the picture. We live on 30 acres in Florida country. It’s hot and humid in the Sunshine State. I work hard to tame my Puerto Rican frizz, but the beaches totally make it worth it!

The Pointed Life
The Pointed Life is a ministry I launched in 2015. It’s different from my personal blog. My blog has always been my voice, my message, and my story, but The Pointed Life is about God’s voice, His message, and His story. The Pointed Life exists to encourage and equip you to walk in the fullness and freedom of the life God promised. There you will find devotions, Bible studies, and teachings inspiring you to lead the life God called you to.
